Left side of his face is lagging a bit!

you're talking about his weird eyeball he has now? it's pretty wild. if they do make a new Blade movie he's gonna have to wear his shades all the way through.

Yes, that eye is insane! I saw a quick clip without sunglasses this weekend and his face looks deformed.

It's because he's an embittered loser, that spent his (brief) success, moaning about the evil 'white-man'

And has since been humbled by taking handouts from said 'Whites' ever since he got out of jail.

Could be the remnants of Bell's Palsy - my younger brother, my sister in law, and my son had it. My brother had remnants years later that could be discerned when he smiled and the same with my sister in law. My son doesn't show any lagging facial symptoms but he was much younger when he got it.
