I didn't even know he passed away until today

I had a tragic loss during 2016 and was focused on that matter. I guess that's why I didn't pay attention when Alan passed. I'm just glad we got to enjoy him. RIP.

I was watching a Galaxy Quest reaction video the other day. They mentioned that there were rumors to do a Galaxy Quest TV show and everybody was on board. Then he passed away...

I've had this same experience with several actors. Patrick Swayze is one I remember being shocked only to find out he had been gone a long time by the time I realized it.

I remember when Alan Rickman died. There were so many notable celebrities dying in 2016 that it became a meme.

Well, I'm sure some of those people were in their 80s. I know David Bowie and Alan Rickman were both 69 years old.

You forgot Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher's mother.

She died exactly 1 day after her daughter...
