Maybe a little odd...

I think he is completely, irresistably sexy. But the odd thing is, I can't quite put my finger on what it is about him I find so attractive. Confidence, voice, accent, looks, persona, maybe even karma (lol). Anyone else think he's sexy and what is it that attracts him to you?

Arguing Online is like competing in the Special Olympics. You may win, but you are still retarded.

As you say, this is an odd kind of thing to say because everytime i do admit it some person around me stairs as if i have lost my mind but fear not, i wll definately agree with you here :) ... probably eyes, voice/accent for me...also he just has such a gentle face which i like...

Let's go crazy Broadway Style!!!!

Oh, good. I knew I couldn't be alone, even on this one. =p

Irresistible is a good way to put it. It's not any one thing about him, just everything. Well, maybe his eyes help a lot. And that voice. He's just kind of magnetic. I especially love him in Something Wicked This Way Comes, but even nowadays, like in De-Lovely, he's still sexier than hell.

Have you seen this? Miss Saigon on the Tony awards. Jonathan sings The American Dream. And dances. This video almost made my heart stop:

I thought he was really good looking in the film Brazil.
There was something about him in that that made him look very cute.
Definately fancied him in that!

I have always thought in the back of my mind....Cheese & Onions

for me, it's the accent/voice. but also, how confident he is. I saw him in the musical Dirty Rotten Scoundrels on Broadway a few times and to see a man like him (proper British gentleman) shaking his ass in front of a mirror and later on, do the macareana, it makes me love him even more.

To be honest, I haven't watched many of his films, but it's partly his confidence. There's just something about him, he's kind of charming but there's something about his eyes. Also, I think his grin is a little mischievous, and I like that.

For me it was his voice - I thought he was attractive in the trailers and clips for Something Wicked This Way Comes but I didn't see the movie - however, I went with my roommate to see Jumpin' Jack Flash and I thought he had a really great voice BUT it wasn't until he finally appeared at the end that I fell off my chair, grabbing my roommate's arm and cutting off her circulation, and I was a goner. It was his gentle eyes that did me in and I've been a fan ever since. I ended up backtracking through SWTWC, Brazil and The Ploughman's Lunch among others and I have not been disappointed by his performance yet!

I was lucky enough to meet him in NYC when he was rehearsing for Miss Saigon in NY. It was Valentine's Day and my roommate and I decided to go see the opening of The Silence of the Lambs since we were both boyfriendless at the time and it seemed perfect for our mood(!) As we were walking out of the movie theatre my roommate grabbed my arm - cutting off my circulation and pointed out Jonathan Pryce leaving the theatre just a little bit a head of us! I'm nearsighted so I hadn't noticed but fortunately my roommate had 'graciously' ended up watching the Jonathan Pryce filmography with me over time so she knew his face very well too!

He was with a few people who then stood outside the theatre discussing their plans for dinner while I tried to subtlely work up the nerve from several feet away to ask his autograph. I don't think I was as subtle as I wanted to be because when the group started to walk past me he sort of hung back just enough that he was alone as he passed me and I managed to meekly say his name and ask for his autograph. He was so sweet and even talked a bit about the movie we had both seen and then I wished him luck on Broadway and thanked him for his autograph. Truely a lovely man!

P.S. I like to tease and say I saw Silence of the Lambs with Jonathan Pryce now!

God, all these people who get to meet him... LUCKY!!!

The first movie I saw him in was Evita as Peron, and I fell in love with his voice and his overall apperance. He's just got a very mature, yet super manly quality to him and he's still looking fantastic! My new fav. JP moment is "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" from De-Lovely!

*Rushes off to watch Evita*... teehee!!!

There's definitely something about him in Brazil, he's just utterly, utterly adorable.

On that subject, how cute is this? http://uk.imdb.com/gallery/ss/0088846/Ss/0088846/5787_16_3.jpg.html?path=pgallery&path_key=Pryce,%20Jonathan
