In hindsight, where the signs there that Kelly was sick?

I like most of you, didn't know that Kelly Preston had cancer. But look up John Travolta's Instagram, and watch their family "Happy Holiday" videos. Her appearance changes drastically between their "Happy New Year" video and the "Happy Easter" video. It even looks like she's wearing a wig at Easter. Outside of that, she hadn't been photographed publicly at an event since 2018? I even read a comment theorizing that John was finally "embracing" his baldness as a sign of solidarity for his wife during this ordeal.

Well considering Travolta was embracing his baldness as far back as 2010 and she was said to have had a 2 year battle with cancer... well reality seems to show that the baldness theory has a rather significant hole in it.

As for where the signs were that she was sick... there may not have been any. A woman can have breast cancer and in the early stages not really show any visible signs of being sick. In general if it is untreated you might not see any outward signs that she was sick until she died because it all depends on where the cancer spread to as to what symptoms she will have before death will be. What you've noted in those photos is more likely the results of the treatment on her. You will almost always see a person that is undergoing chemo look noticeably different from the treatment so what you have is evidence that she was undergoing medical treatments for it, nothing more than that.
