Why are they trying to make him an action star?

When his strengths clearly lies in elsewhere (Schindler's List, Batman Begins)

reply

His best movie was the Les Misérables (1998), Taken was also good, I think he is a good action actor

reply

They really should've just stopped with "TAKEN" and not made sequels to that because in the end, we had TAKEN 2 & 3 and after awhile, one must ask themselves what kind of parent allows a kidnapping to occur TWICE no less??

reply

his best movie is Star Wars:The Phantom Menace(1999)

reply

Stop.

reply

"They" seem to be succeeding at it.

reply

Because he’s good at it.

Is anyone trying to make you a poster?

reply

He certainly beats Adrien Brody, Adam Driver or Timothy Chalamet as an action star.

reply

Brody is better, he proved it in Predators.
Adam Driver- noone gives a fuck about
Chalamet - he was awesome in Dune, and probably even better in part 2.
He's not good as an action star, he just clicked something with Taken and thats all.

reply

Adrien Brody in Predators looked like a grizzled, steroid-injected Paul Reubens. https://cache.moviestillsdb.com/i/500x/p39pou47/predators-lg.jpg

Chalamet looks like a little girl in every film he's been in.

reply

Neeson is a great actor but I’m confused by all of his action movies . They are all so similar and meh

reply

"They are all so similar and meh"

Not true, he was one time a Snow-plow driver action star, he was once a train passenger action hero. And one time he was a retired heist action star. 😂

reply

Why are they? As if this is a new thing? He's been an action star for years already, if not decades.

reply

Because he has a very particular set of skills.

reply

Taken was kind of a "lightning in a bottle" that when Neeson took it it turned he could be really good in action roles.
