I PICKED MY TOP TWO,FOLLOWED BY A COMPLETE TIE FOR THIRD...LOWE IS GOOD AND MEMORABLE IN TOMMY BOY AND OUTSIDERS,NEITHER IS A LEAD AND NEITHER TRUMPS THE OTHER FOR ME.

I found him so unbearably obnoxious and unfunny in Parks & Rec that I stopped watching the show a few episodes after he first appeared... I guess I should try again?
