Bombing big time as Oscar Host.
I like him but he is just messing up as host.
So unfunny and really trying too hard for laughs.
I'm almost embarrassed for him.
He made a major OFFENSIVE stupid joke about the woman with the pom poms on her dress..a woman who just won an Oscar for a film about suicide and was dedicating the award to her son that killed himself and he makes a Joke "It takes balls to wear a dress like that" thinking it was funny. It could have been funny if she had just not mentioned her dead son.
I agree it was a questionable moment to go for a joke considering the subject of the film she'd just won for. But, I also can't deny it really was an awful dress.
