Just saw her - what a jerk.

She was at the comic con on thursday, July 23rd, in the autograph section with such other luminaries as ... the soup nazi and that guy who does the voice for some pokemon show. Anyway, I was escorting my little brother around - I'm taking random pictures - far away landscape type pictures of the hall ... and while I'm looking down through the lens I see she's COVERING her FACE. Her publicist covering up too. WTF? What do I gain - what does she lose by having a picture taken INCIDENTALLY? I didn't want a picture OF her or WITH her. Nobody else did either - nobody was in line for her or paying the least bit of attention! Total jerk. No other celebrity acted in remotely the same manner.

How bizarre.

This 60 year-old woman CLEARLY has done everything under the sun (plastic surgery, hormone replacement therapy, drinking infant blood, making pacts with the ruler of Hades) to ensure that her 60 year-old face will forever look like a 20 year-old face -- yet she doesn't want it photographed?! What a waste of her neurotic "I-Refuse-To-Be-Bound-By-The-Laws-Of-Nature" anti-aging rituals.

I am compelled to ask:

Does she look as flawless in person?

Room for one more, honey.

I must say that you clearly must be mistaken. Miss Fairchild is a lady and maybe she was sneezing or applying make-up etc...Or even her agent may have been telling her something private-who knows? I do assure you however, she did not intend on upsetting you or anyone at the event. Thank You!

By the way, to the 2nd poster here, YES! she is flawless in person too!

I picked my camera up - looked in her vicinity, and they both covered up in a very explicit fashion. It was very bizarre - I felt like a papparazi or something ... I wasn't even intending to photograph her! There is no doubt that she deliberately covered her face from ppl trying to take off hand photos.

Nobody was in her line - must've been a bad day.

As for in person ... she looked about 50. Certainly not anything compared to the other beautiful women on display at the convention in my opinion. Most of whom had no qualms about being photographed and even allowing photos w them.

I must say there is some truth to this.

I met her at Chiller Theatre a few years ago and she was very gracious and polite to talk to. I was always a fan of hers and it was a big thrill to meet her. Afterwards, though, I realized I wanted to get a photo with her...and she very bluntly stated it would cost me $25!! For a PHOTO with my camera! Needless to say, that just didn't sit well with me; I certainly expected more from such a beautiful and seemingly graceful lady. What a disappointment it all turned out to be.

Exactly. Most actors might be a dissapointment to their fans if they ever met. But what does being a "graceful, beautiful lady" have to do one's character?

Morgan appears at conventions to make money. She was covering her face because she charges $25 per photo. When alot of stars go to autograph conventions like Chiller or Comic Con they do charge for photos, etc. This does not make her a jerk or mean lady. Now if you were to see her on a street and asked for a photo and she screamed at you that would be different, but since she's at a convention it is not unreasonable for her to charge $25. Also one of the posters mentioned that Morgan was very nice until she stated it was $25 for a photo, if she was a jerk she wouldn't have spoken to you at all ubtil you paid her.

I guess I forgot to mention I had already PAID her $25 to sign a movie poster I had from her film Deadly Illusion.....she wanted an ADDITIONAL $25 so I can snap a photo with my own camera....so basically it would have been $50 for a quick autograph and a 2 second snapshot...sorry, but that is both tacky AND a total rip off in my book. That same day I met Linda Evans and she was more than gracious to pose for a photo with me...at no charge! Morgan should have shown the same amount of appreciation for her fans.
