Bottom line: most guys wouldn't know plastic surgery or fillers if it hit them in the face. You're just not very good at this.
The actual bottom line being: What does it matter if somebody had some "improvements" done as long as it still looks natural? It's her body after all, who are you to judge?
Who wouldn't get their teeth done if they got the money for it? Seriously, you'd prefer to have crappy teeth over proper ones? Having proper teeth can be a huge improvement in the quality of life.
She smokes, so what? Even people who smoke can take care of their skin, this also has a lot to do with genetics. Btw: Would you mind telling me about the "surgery" that supposedly replaces all the crappy skin in the face with fresh looking? Full face-implants? Has Face/Off become an actual reality? π¨
