Unless you live in Chicago, and steal a car, slam into a van transporting an entire family while evading police, injure everyone in the van including killing a 6 month old infant, and you’re looking at a misdemeanor trespassing charge at most.

Alec Baldwin accidentally put a live round in the prop gun, and he went into rehearse a scene while spiteful and angry at the cinematographer for telling him how to act. He then accidentally pointed the gun at the woman and accidentally shot her in the head. After that he accidentally went on tv and out in public and lied about what happened. This is not manslaughter it is an accident, because it accidentally happened to someone who has a long history of violent behavior.
People really want Alec to be a homicidal sociopath, don't they? Just because he made fun of Trump, huh.

shareNot sure how many people actually like Alec. He's a good actor but he and his family have always been awful. I however think it's highly unfair to call him a "homicidal sociopath". It was very clearly an accident and there's also a reason why the props manager and first assistant director were also charged. This was a blunder several people caused, and it's sick that people try to paint this picture of Baldwin intentionally loading the weapon and shooting the DP because he didn't like her.
