If the precautions and procedures were already in place that would've prevented this incident, putting cops on set won't make it any better. In fact, any halfway decent armorer is far more qualified than an even above average cop. Hell, I'm more qualified than an above average cop. I wouldn't want the job for dealing with people like Baldwin.
