Does anyone know why she's been wearing wigs for decades? It's bothered me for a long time, and I just noticed it again last night when I was transferring my VHS copy of "The Two Mrs. Grenvilles" onto DVD. Does anyone have the scoop on what's going on with her hair? I haven't seen her real hair in about thirty years.

Most dancers tend to wear wigs, hairpieces and extensions, and Ann-Margret is no exception. After seeing some of her earlier films, especially "Bye Bye Birdie", it looks like she has fine-textured hair, so wearing wigs, extensions and/or hairpieces would be essential.
