Snipes was an adult, a 40+ year old man, an established actor, a millionaire before he committed a crime.
Wahlberg was an unknown, poor 16 yr old kid that got into a fight on the street.

If you want to feel sorry for Mr. Snipes - you should pity his stupidity.
Wahlberg clearly learned from his mistakes and turned his life around.

Wesley snipes went to jail because he didn't take his charges seriously and thought he could simply litigate his way out of it. If he simply worked with the government he would have been fine.

IMO Michael Vick is the worst. Though he hurt dogs and not people, he did so intentionally and multiple times.
