The "big nose" photo actually proves nothing, because you can see photos made before the big nose photo which show her nose being normal sized and see photos of her nose after the supposed surgery, when it seems to be bigger. The camera angle and lighting, as well as some creative editing are the issue, not the nose itself. She has never has cosmetic surgery, sorry.

If she's had work it's very subtle. Looks pretty much the same, just typical woman aging. She's lost the baby fat from her youth and wears a lot more makeup in that new face-painted-on style that's so damn hideous.
