For me, it's Griffin Mill from The Player.

I'd have to go with Andy Dufresne in Shawshank.

Hands down, Erik the Viking. Followed by Hudsucker Proxy. I like fun, goofy Tim Robbins best, just like I like my Tom Hanks.

Hudsucker Proxy is criminally underrated and I'm not really sure why. It has delightful performances especially from Robbins and Jennifer Jason Leigh and enough visual magic for ten great movies.

Andy Dufresne on The Shawshank Redemption, I just love how cool and nonchalant he was throughout the movie.
