You can send him a letter, he loves getting snail mail, that's how he communicates.
Although recently I heard him talk about texting, but if you're looking to send him a fan letter, try an old fashion letter, couldn't hurt.

OP, I am posting this advice in hopes you are not some stalker or jerk, that you have some legitimate reason for contacting him. Chances are, if you are that, or even just a casual fan, you will get overlooked (and also possibly in trouble). I don't know what you could possibly want to "chat" to him about. But assuming you are a loyal fan or someone that has an actual reason to contact him...
First of all, write up your letter, and prepare to send it in different fronts/avenues. Make sure it is simple, 500~ words or less, and that it is friendly and not over-assertive. Write a letter that you would send to people in contact with him as well that you can reuse, because you may not get direct contact with him initially. Second, next step - actually contacting him. It's not enough to just get his email address. He most likely has one, but doesn't share it. That being said, I work in the film industry myself. Celebrities sometimes (foolishly) make their emails VERY obvious. I would start by emailing a bunch of potential email addresses of Keanu Reeves, something like these:

Try different domains, eg. MSN, hotmail, comcast, whatever. Also, include his birthday in a few, like "[email protected]". Try emailing several versions of his email with your letter, you might hit it lucky. Try different spellings, just his initials, and etc. You simply never know; one might be his personal email address that he checks every hour or something.
Besides the email, I would get on social networks. It looks like Keanu is very private, but if he has anything official, a Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I would follow it and start making comments on everything he does. Try to get his attention in some way. And keep a lookout if he ever accidentally post something private, like a phone, email address, or something...
Besides that, another way you can contact him is through his agents (this is probably the most least-effective method, because most agents will throw fanmail out):

I'm not 100% certain those are correct nor up-to-date. IMDB pro would be the best place to get that. But, if you had some kind of genuine interest in contact him, you could go through once of his agencies. Again, slim chances they will do anything, but it wouldn't hurt to try. If you were polite but persistent (not annoying) you may actually get one of them to help contact him.
You can also try government records/backgrounds checks. Most are probably private. But sometimes there's a loophole and you can get something on him, his address, phone, etc. Also, when you do any digging on Keanu, don't just look for him; look for his family. He has sisters, friends, etc. Look for them on social networks and things. Try contacting them as well. Sometimes it is very easy to get to someone close to him who may just put you in contact with him if you came across the right way. I not only know famous people but sometimes I work with their friends, colleagues, spouses, cousins, etc. Look up his family members and try to get a hold of one of them. They probably are way less difficult to contact than Keanu himself.
Last bit - keep a lookout for Keanu going to things like Comic Cons/conventions. I THINK Keanu has done Comic Con in the past. Some celebs do autographs/photo ops. You would have to pay money, but you can get direct contact with him that way. Good luck.
