Wow. Yes, it does kind of look like a cross between "old" Weird Al Yankovic and what he looks like now. That's really nasty if that was done on purpose.

That’s a very weird assumption that you’ve made about Weird Al and Madonna, I don’t think there’s any bad blood between them otherwise Madonna would’ve said something by now.

He's assuming that because the guy in the video looks like a cross between how Weird Al used to look in the 1980s (huge glasses and loud Hawaiian shirt) and what he looks like now. In fairness to Madonna, the people who shot the video are the ones who were most responsible for the creative choices so maybe an idiot went out of his way to dress up a guy like him to be funny. Who knows?

I’m pretty sure Weird Al gets permission from the artist before spoofing their songs.
