They are joking about this in interviews for T3M. She has pretty small breasts but what they could make out of em they tried. So its a pretty big push up effect.

OP makes a point, I too was surprised how big her breasts look in T3M previews. We've seen her almost nude in Fifth Element and Resident Evil. She has the teenage boy chest that most slender women have. Either she packed on the pounds or got implants

All females have breasts. Being flat or small doesn't mean you don't have any... I have to worry about the IQ of people who seriously use this kind of logic; it's like, you don't know how a human body looks?
