Her two boys will need financial support

Especially with their mothers estate going to lawsuits they may not get one penny. Oldest 20, youngest is 13 and the older brother will get custody probably. They're going to need help. Father is not around either.

I think concern is premature at this point. Her car insurance will pay for the property damage she caused. No one was killed and I think there were only minor injuries. Both of her kids have fathers. She probably had money and life insurance.

It's pretty amazing that her children will need financial help. She was never an A+ lister, but she was definitely B list for awhile. So, there's no reason that her children should have to struggle. Now, their mom is going to die, and their father is not around. This is simply more proof that Hollywood is not a good place. It's rife with evil.

Instead of blindly believing everything you read like a moron, try looking things up yourself.

James Tupper and Coley Laffoon are both around. They've posted pictures of Atlas and Homer on Instagram. Considering Coley is in real estate and James is an actor, I think their sons will be ok financially.

Man-hating shrew.

I am sure they will be OK.

I don't expect they'll inherit anything from their mother's estate, her time on the A-list was brief and Ellen never married her, for the last 20-odd years she's been a B-list or C-list actor. With bipolar disorder. So I really doubt that Ann was rich when she died.

But the boys will absolutely positively need tons of emotional support, they're both too young to have to deal with their mother dying a horrible death in the glare of the worldwide media. And if any of the rumors about Heche's mental troubles are for real, they'll probably feel guilty that they couldn't keep her stable enough to stay alive, because yeah, an awful lot of people with "demons" will play that game with the kids - beg the kids for support when they're troubled and then the kids feel like it's their fault when the next destabilization comes. It's a horribly common pattern.
