The Daniel Penny not guilty verdict has Ms. Goldberg in a tizzy.

First, Jordan Neely’s life came to a tragic end. No one wants that. But he was diagnosed mentally ill, a heavy drug user and had 42 arrests under his belt. NO ONE in his family or any bleeding heart liberals came to his aid. Now they cry crocodile tears for him and fake outrage at his death.

Daniel Penny put him in a chokehold when Neely, high as a kite, threatened a subway car full of passengers.

Now Ms. Whoopi is “ not comfortable” with Penny celebrating his acquittal with his attorney by having a beer in a bar. Sorry, is that what we are here for, to make YOU comfortable?

I did have to agree with one thing she said. He should have gone home to celebrate in private. Yes, better to go home, crack open the champagne and have a wild celebration like O.J. did after his acquittal. Oh wait, did he have to put chokeholds on Nicole and Ron because they were threatening him?
