Whatever she's doing with her hair on THE VIEW.... she needs to STOP
I think she is about the ugliest thing on TV today.
I think some women recognize that they're not attractive, no matter what they do, so they just say "fuck it" and go for the ugliest look they can achieve. She must pay some hairdresser a fortune to concoct and maintain that bizarre mess on her head. She knows she's hideous, but she doesn't give a damn. It's an "in your face" kind of thing.

If she lost some weight and got a decent hairstyle and a makeover, she would look good. But yeah, she is doing her best to look weird.
