I don't live in the US. But I know Trump is the new President & saw De Niro mocking the New President.

Have you lost respect for him? Or do you support him?

Why would someone's political opinions affect your opinion of their professional work? I don't hate Clint Eastwood because he voted for Trump, I might be quietly disappointed but it makes no difference to the quality of his movies.

Don't get me wrong, I can see why some people would see a double standard in the difference between the public reaction to someone like Roseanne Barr, for example, being outspoken politically and someone like Bob who escapes the same public flaming for airing his political views. Hopefully one day soon America gets a leader who can unite the country, so art and politics don't always have to collide.

I respect his talent. His political views are his own business.

That's exactly how everyone should view this because it's a fact. He's entitled to think what he wants about politics as well as anything else. The people turning against him are a bunch of babies.
