He is Latino like Alain Delon, Al Pacino and Tom Hanks are Latinos in that they descend from Latin speaking peoples. But genetically Spaniards are a Celtic people which is why they resemble darker Celts like Sean Connery, Catherine Zeta Jones or Colin Farrell, and not like other Mediterraneans like Jews, Greeks and Italians though there is an overlap.
shareCelts are generally light skinned. Spanish are dark due to the Moors invading and occupying. The spanish still actually speak some arab with their term "ojalá" which is "oh Allah", they use it for "I hope" or "I hope so". I don't use this speaking spanish because I don't call my God Allah.
