I didn't like his later films too much. Anyway I believe as do Diane Keaton, Alec Baldwin, and many others of courage that he's innocent. Dylan is lying for self promotion purposes.
I don't know that Dylan is consciously lying, any more than the children in the McMartin School case were consciously lying. I think that she honestly believes what she says, which may well have been inculcated in her by her mother when she was a little girl. Which still makes her a victim, but not of Woody Allen.

shareAccord to Dylan's brother Moses, who was also an Allen accuser as a small boy, but grew up to believe Allen & forge a relationship with him, their mother did her best to make the smallest, youngest children hate Allen.
Now, I obviously can't know the truth of the matter. But the preponderance of evidence that's come out does support Allen over Mia at this point.
Yes, that's how they got all those fake witchhunt cases in the '80s. The kids were coerced to make things up and rewarded for doing so. There is a great documentary called The Friedmans which I recommend about a similar scenario. In that one they were teens, but they were all threatened: either give false testimony or we'll come after you too. This whole thing is a coronavirus of hysteria that's obviously contagious.
