Let's remember that the first time he banged his wife, she being 19 years old, that is nowadays considered a "teenage girl". (Years ago a 19 years old girl was an adult, but times are changing).

So "being obsessed with teenage girls" according to the modern journalistic language, can be applied, without problems, to write scripts that have females main characters in their early 20s.

As most of the comments point out, it's an incredibly weak article, full of assumptions and insinuations. Writing down these ideas doesn't make him a pervert. The thought police are finally here...

There's still no solid proof that Allen has abused or molested anyone.
