Taken in October 1955, not long after his fatal car accident...

Can someone please explain this photo to me; it appears as if James Dean is standing toward the middle of the picture (the tall guy in the white shirt)...? I'm sorry if I sound stupid but this is quite strange, and I have (obviously) never seen this photo before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Of course it couldn't possibly be him, but it looks eerily like him...
