There's nothing like finding a good movie or TV show on the cheap somewhere.
For me, I was able to get season one of Star Trek Brave New Worlds, sealed, for one dollar at a store that sells broken up lots of Amazon returns and other things.
It's not often you can buy something for a buck these days.

I’ve never seen a single dvd at that place.
The most recent one I can remember was Bullet (1996) for 1$ at the thrift store. Can’t buy this movie for less than 30$ anywhere in the world.

But I do have a DVD collection so this is not the same as having a physical copy of a cool movie with one of my favourite rapper and the always awesome, Mickey Rourke. :)
Yep, nothing beats having a physical copy and being able to watch it, without ads, whenever you want.
Although sometimes, a place like IA is your only option to see something.

Back in the 90s I went to a $1 theatre for the first time and saw Braveheart a few months after it came out.
Girlfriend drug me and I remember thinking it was going to be some cheesy love story drama like the Kevin Costner’s Robin Hood.
Left afterwards with my mind blown. Easily a top 3 movie of all time.
I got a limited edition Doctor Who season 7 set for $5.
It’s going for about $200 online.

The second hand stores here sell them for a buck. $2 for Blu-ray. I think tv seasons for for $4. I've stocked up to an embarrassingly level. I need to catalogue because 3 times now I have bought a copy I've already had.
