What do you do to relax? Besides anything medicinal that is. I suck at relaxing.

That sounds nice. Although it's not the same thing I enjoyed building Legos with my boys as they were growing up. Something about building things can be therapeutic.

LOL, seriously. As I take breaks during my day, I get on MC to see what's up.

Spend about 15-20 minutes, then back to work.

I'm the same. These days this is one of the few effective ways for me to relax. And I'm glad people like you are here to enjoy talking to!
