My 10 year old daughter and I thought that this was so much better than the previous one. (Daughter 7/10. Me 7/10).

Did I watch a director's cut or something? There's a scene when Nancy's mom tells her that they burned Freddy because he's a pedo.

It's not in Nancy's room. It is in the basement where she shows Nancy that she still has his glove, and he was a child murderer.

She was definitely a massive influence on the Nancy Wheeler character in Stranger Things.

Someone had to be the wizard master, and note that it was a boy named Will, that's also not a coincidence. Stranger Things took a lot of inspiration from NoES. Still waiting for Caleb's cousin Kincaid and hypnocil to make an appearance.
