I've been a fan of them for 30 years, but somehow never found out about this song until last year. I highly recommend listening to a band's discography in chronological order - you never know what you might find!
Queen "39" - I was a fan of that group for probably 20 years before I knew that song existed.

shareI first heard Kate Bush's "Wuthering Heights" maybe two years ago and thought it was a relatively new song. I admit I was never a big fan of hers back in the day. But it's an excellent number and I'm surprised I lived through the 80's and 90's and never heard it. I mean 1979 she was co-current with a goddess like Donna Summer!

I still remember when I first heard that song.. The chorus was stuck in my head all night long!
Great song, though, and I didn't first hear about her until the guitar player in my band mentioned her. Years later, I went through her discography and found a dozen songs I like.. Probably the youngest singer I like.
I cannot list the time but Pieces of My Life by Elvis Presley.
One of his best songs in my opinion but I never heard it, until I heard it, if you know what I mean.

Another gem by one of my faves, T.Rex, Mambo Sun. I first heard it like 5 years ago playing as muzak in a supermarket. I rushed home to find it.
