Have you ever watched then and now filming locations?

There's many of them on Youtube. I watched one on the Terminator, Rambo "first blood", and recently one about "Pee Wee's Big Adventure",lol. And upon watching these and seeing how different things can look now is amazing! It fascinates me how much landscapes can change in 20, 30 or 40 some years. And somethings hardly change, lol.

Well, I can talk recent history.....

in 2021, the Amazon program "A LEague of Their Own" filmed right down the street from me.

It was pretty cool, baseball field, scoreboard, the Rockford Peaches bus. All gone now, just an empty field.

In 2022 "A Man Called Otto" filmed in the downtown area of where I live. The scene was filmed in a bakery called Stangl's. The bakery was fixed up real nice for the shoot - outside and inside. It remains just as nice today.

Also on YouTube is a good for Where Eagles Dare, and (if still there) a great one for On Her Majesty's Secret Service. There are also some of Leone's and some classic Western locations - if you are into that. Such things are always fascinating, to me at least.

I recently watched one with the Brady Bunch. Kinda interesting to see.

I just followed an account on YouTube last week called Reshoots that does exactly that.
