First thought that came to mind....

Stupid.

Then of course the tats - if those are tats. I have a niece doing the same thing to herself (covering her entire body in tats, thankfully she hasn't disturbed her face, yet, LOL).

One will never understand it.

That's from a runway show so I'm assuming the "tats" were temporarily drawn.

A few well placed tattoos can look good, but don't go overboard.

Yes, agreed - I've seen some tats I thought were very tasteful.

It's the entire body coverage that is unnecessary.

As a guy that wears raggedy work coats and muddy boots I admit he’s way more fabulous than me. I just don’t think that outfit and I have much in common.

But I could be civil.
