At home, I barely wear anything. But in public, I could be a little self-conscious (I can still wear stuff like shorts and tank tops outside, though.)
I don't care for the most part how other people dress (of course, unless it's really unusual situation or there's an attractive woman wearing skimpy clothes, then I can't help but look. But I try not to care anyway.)
Outdoors I'm always fully dressed although in the summer it might be shorts and a sleeveless top.
When my kids still lived at home I was always fully dressed, as well, though that sometimes meant pajamas and a robe in the morning, as opposed to normal daytime clothes.
Now that it's just my husband and me I'm also fully dressed around the house but might walk through the house nude briefly right after a shower looking for clothes. That would not have happened when my kids were home.
So my answer basically is, it depends on who else is around.

Probably is modest, since it seems most of your skin is covered.
shareIt always amazing me when I see women wearing super low cut tops. I can't even imagine wearing something so low you can see half your breasts. Around the house I mostly wear a t shirt and underwear but that's because its so hot here in Arizona.
