The title is from that early 90s commercial for a deodorant by Mennen targeted at teenage girls. I remember seeing that commercial and when the song came out and hearing the title thinking “Like the commercial?”.
shareI think I read somewhere that Cobain saw an ad in a friend's magazine and had no idea it was a deodorant, but thought it sounded like something to write a nonsense song about.
