Yes. Peanut the squirrel had bit someone on the hand, and Fred the raccoon was captured but not executed.

After the Squirrel was ripped away from it's home, terrified, it supposedly bit somebody. Any animal will bite if it feels threatened. Both were killed at DEC's discretion same day, without due process. They were supposed to quarantine the the Squirrel, but nope, instead they decided to kill healthy and loved animals.
