Impractical lollipops

Picture it: You walk into the candy store and your eye is drawn to the biggest candy of all... The large rainbow swirl lollipop. (See visual aid below, if needed.) For the first time in your life, your parents give in and buy you one after you beg one too many times.

Questions:
1. Have you ever experienced one?
2. Were you able to do so without your cheeks, nose and chin becoming sticky?
3. Were you able to finish it?
4. Of course you were not able to finish it. Did you set it on a piece of aluminum foil overnight?
5. Were you able to get it off of the piece of aluminum foil the next day or were you stuck licking a lollipop with bits of aluminum foil all over it?

Do not succumb to the pull of the large rainbow swirl lollipop. It is life's earliest lesson that bigger is not always better.

Total disappointment for the young boy that I was when I was finally able to have one. I had it once and it was enough. The taste was not good enough.

My favorites are these ones are the cherry Super Blow pops. I buy me some on a regular basis:

Exactly! The taste is even subpar. There's not much to draw your poor exhausted tongue back to keep licking when the taste doesn't exactly beckon.

And yeah no surprise with the naughty film star name. I mean better to name yourself after a lollipop than some other kind of candy. Who'd want to be called nut covered Payday? Well actually...

Never had one.

My parents loved me and didn't want me to get juvenile diabetes.

Fat chance of getting the diabeetus from one of these lollipops. You give up in a fit of rage before even tackling 1/16 of it.

You notice he has no teeth in that picture. That's what happens when you bite lollipops.
