Agree. While I liked the movie, showing a boxer just taking blows like that without defending himself (even if just to clinch) is SO over the top.

Yes... it's a real shame to me that Sylvester Stallone didn't make the boxing scenes in "Rocky III" and "Rocky IV" more realistic, IMO. I think Mr. T and Dolph Lundgren were terrific villains and they both had the potential to be classic movies, had the fight scenes been more realistic.
