Anyone Know This Film?

I know there is another place here for this, but I thought I’d give it a whirl here and I think I’ve asked once before.

The film was probably made in the 70s and was about two Asian kids, who were brother and sister, that are living with their Aunt or something. Times are tight so the Aunt kicks them out because she can’t take care of them anymore, and gives them 100 dollars. The rest of the movie is them getting in adventures while on their own in a big Asian city. I don’t remember much more but it was one of those cheap movies in rotation on a generic cable movie channel before the HBO days. As a kid I definitely remember thinking how lucky they were to be given 100 dollars. lol
