What is a perfect movie title ?

A lot of the best titles are very simple. Often one word (Jaws, Alien, Halloween, Psycho, Repulsion, Torso, Suspiria) or the followed by one word (The Exorcist, The Shining, The Thing, The Omen, The Innocents, The Birds, The Fly).


I think my favourite title is The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Very distinct, extremely memorable. If the movie was called 'headcheese' or 'leatherface' it probably wouldn't have become as iconic.

I also like the Italian giallo titling conventions. The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, Don't Torture a Duckling, What Have You Done To Solange?, The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh.
