Which celebrity have influenced you the most ?

For me, its Tom Sandoval. This is based on him being multi-talented. he’s a lead movie star, a reality star, a rocker, has his own band, he owns restaurants, he’s a millionaire, he’s swimming in money, super good looks, fucks only other celebs, Born in 1983 and still a rising star. A Hollywood golden boy, great hair and is deemed a nice guy to fans worldwide.

George Lucas.

Good man.

reply

Patrick Swayze as Dalton and Keanu Reeves as John Wick

Stanley Kubrick.

The Shining made me interested in film when I was a kid. I watched movies a bit differently and more cynical after seeing Kubrick's films.

Bob Dylan

If I had to pick one. He's the most extraordinary artist/explainer/musician I've encountered. He was sort of the keystone of the rise of popular/folk/rock music of decades following.

Mine are mostly athletes and guitar players/musicians.

I loved Willie Stargell as a kid and even emulated his famous "dipsy do" warm-up swing when I was in Little League.

Tom Seaver would be another one...I read his books on pitching when I was young and really learned a lot about pitching from him (I loved how his left knee would sometimes scrape the pitcher's mound because he had such tremendous leg drive).

When I got older and more into golf...John Daly. "Grip It And Rip It!" ⛳🏌️

Too many guitarists and musicians to name, but I'll give a few...The Eagles, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, Paul Simon, Jim Croce, Randy Scruggs, and Jorma Kaukonen.

I'll use the term 'influence' loosely, but

Mort Sahl
Jim Morrison
John Lennon
John Cassavetes
Marlon Brando

reply

Gene Roddenberry
Ernest Hemmingway
Zakk Wylde
Mick Mars/Motley Crue
Billy Idol/Steve Stevens
Jean Claude Van Damme
Wesley Snipes
Bruce Lee

Those celebrities had some influence on me while growing up as a kid, but I can’t say they influence much of anything on me anymore.
