A TABLESPOON OF WHAT?

reply

I fixed the post.

It's a tablespoon of Kowalski's back sweat if anyone doesn't have time for the video.

Collecting it is the challenge.

I might try it next week. although it will prob make me gag.

here is the same guy with another recipe. I think he is just making up stuff and seeing if people will drink it.

In summary for those who have watched the video & want the ingredients:-...

1/2 Cup of water
1Apple unskinned cut up
1 Garlic clove
A pinch of tumeric
A pinch of black pepper
1-2 dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Juice of half lemon.

reply

Lol.

Signed, million man.

reply

It's mainly the olive oil. The rest is just flavoring. I drink a shot of olive every morning. Does the same thing.

Garlic also is powerful. I staved off catching my partner's last cold by eating raw garlic.

I've been following a low carb diet for several months now and the impact it has had on my energy levels and overall health has been incredible. One thing I've struggled with is finding delicious low carb bread. I recently discovered this low carb fruit loaf bread https://srslylowcarb.com/products/low-carb-keto-fruit-bread and was enjoy. It satisfies my cravings without raising my blood sugar. You can check it out here. It's amazing how making the right dietary adjustments can have such a profound impact on your well-being and performance, especially in activities that require mental focus.

I have been doing this for a week (once before breakfast and once before bed) and today I noticed a reduction in appetite, which surprised me, as I thought that it would take longer to start working.

I will keep you updated.

reply

Betting that's just placebo.

You wanna loose weight, gotta start eating less and doing more. There's no easy way

reply

I go to the gym 5 times a week and eat healthy food. This is just an experiment for me.

reply

5 times a week? Beast

Is that a new thing or have you always been like that?

reply

Once I left school I really didn’t do much until I turned 50, then I decided it was time to get back in to shape. It’s taken me 7 years to go from looking like Jabba The Hut, to now just looking fat, lol.

reply

Well once you get to the gym, you gotta actually exercise you know. Ho ho ho! I'm too funny today!

reply

Funnily enough, I see a lot of people who just seen to stand around and chat 🤷‍♂️

reply

Not surprising. A lot of people are just silly, silly monkeys. But I guess it beats going to Starbucks and doing pushups.

reply

For what is worth, exercise is also great for the mind.

I was just telling my wife that this year was probably the last I'll ever frequent a gym. After 25 years I'm finally done with it. I get my exercise from tennis and surf and both I can truly enjoy the time and effort I put into it

reply

Must be nice to have all that free time. :/

Signed, million man.

reply

I wake up at 5.55am everyday, do my ablutions and hit the gym at 6.55 am (I live opposite; 100 yrds door to door).

I can be done, back and showered for 8.45am, ready for work.

reply

What time do you go to sleep?

Signed, million man.

reply

I aim for 10pm, but it usually ends up about 11pm (sometimes Midnight).

reply

I started this about 3 weeks ago. Today I went the doctor and the nurse asked me if I had lost weight? Considering I can't walk to weigh myself, little things like this tell me I've lost weight. I've lost my belly fat. I'll keep you up to date.

You know how you can burn belly fat?? Just walk daily and drink plenty of Water and also, do sit-ups. I go to the Fitness center 7 days a week and generally go in the wee hours of the morning to avoid Millennials & Gen Z who tie up the equipment while surfing their Smartphones, complete with the Blue Tooth in their ears or headphones making it look good when really, it's more about socializing.. 🤔

reply

Sit ups do not burn belly fat. Where do you get this stuff from?

reply

is there a way to burn belly fat?

reply

Fat loss is a systemic body process that occurs as a whole throughout the body. There's no practical way to burn fat from one specific area. The body burns fat from everywhere at once.

I have seen some [very] recent studies that suggest you may be able to trick the body into burning visceral fat first, but the research is very new and not widely accepted, yet.

The bottom line is you can't burn fat from a specific area of your body by working the muscles in the same area.

This recipe may help. Of course, next week, it'll be a different recipe (and or supplement). Then the week after that, it'll be a different recipe, different supplement. All of them supposedly being the one miracle recipe, or the one miracle supplement that'll make you lose weight and stay fit.

Now, talking reality, some may work but there is a much simpler way. First of all, keep yourself in motion. I recommend a thorough, dedicated daily exercise program. And if you don't want to do that, again, keep yourself in motion - doing whatever - as long as you're moving around.

Next, eat good healthy food. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know fruits and vegetables are the way to go. Avoid the junk food. Eat responsibly. Do that, keep moving around, and you'll stay thin. No miracle recipes or supplements are required.

reply

Totally agree. I’m in the gym 5 times a week and try and eat healthy, but I thought I’d give this a go in addition, just to see if it made any difference.
