Is there anything wrong with being a drifter? I got thinking about this recently as I seen someone who others said was a drifter. I'm pretty sure that's what Sylvester Stallone was in Rambo's first instalment. And he was arrested, charged and called a freak.

When someone has enough money to support themself and is struck with some wanderlust, well that's not what is usually meant by the word drifter. Instead, a drifter is typically a vagrant. That is not good.
