Remember Premiere Magazine's Summer Movie Preview?

Growing up, Premiere Magazine's Summer Movie Preview issue was always a highlight for me. The issue would attempt to guess which summer movies would be the most popular (box office wise). It was always interesting to look back at the end of the summer and see what they had gotten right and wrong.

Here's a look back at the 1992 Summer Movie Preview.

I HAD A SUBSCRIPTION THROUGHOUT THE 90S...I MISS COOL MAGAZINES.

I also miss cool magazines.

I used to love Amiga Power and similar magazines.

I think the last time I looked a UK video game mag, Retro Gamer, the selling price was over $35 - uh, no thanks.

AT AGE 11 I WAS BRIBED TO MOVE IN WITH MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER...UNLIMITED VIDEOSTORE TRIPS AND UNLIMITED MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS...THOSE WERE THE DAYS.

Never forced to stay with granny but trips to see her always included a trip to local pharmacy that had a comic spinner rack and comics that had been sitting there for weeks or months - it was awesome.

OH MAN...THE COMIC RACK...THOSE WERE SO FUCKING COOL...SAD DAY WHEN THEY DISAPPEARED FROM GROCERY STORES...I WAS A FAIRLY LOYAL X-MEN READER BUT I WOULD PICK UP SO MANY ODDBALL TITLES JUST CAUSE.
