New thread is up, and the old one is still pinned. 😝

This Movie Party will allow two things to happen:
 -people will be able to watch the same movie at the same time and interact here
-people will be able to have common movies to watch over the weekend and share reviews on my other weekly thread.   

Event #1 - Friday night, May 3rd 9PM Eastern time (if you want to watch live) and event closes Sunday at 9PM (if you haven’t been able to watch live and want to share reviews in the weekly thread.)

I know that the explanation provided by the Bible (what with the talking animals and all) sounds silly to a lot of people but when you think about it, the theory of evolution is also very silly. I try to have faith in God, but this is a very difficult thing for me as I’m not a spiritual person nor do I feel the need to be “looking for answers” but I also can’t bring myself to believe in the theory of evolution.

That we are in a simulation would even make more sense to me. Plus, every simulation comes with a few glitches, and we do have Kowalski and Allaby so, yeah.. Hehe 😜

I don't know about evolution sounding silly. Scientists have discovered hybrid sharks that can survive in cooler waters than one set of their ancestors. These sharks are also capable of reproduction, and they don't know how many generations of them there are. So if you go by thousands of years, I don't know if it's unreasonable.
