He's pretty good in the right roles. In Wargames he made a believable computer geek who wasn't too geeky. Like you could believe that Jamie Gertz would be attracted to him
5/10 Adequate but nothing exceptional.

I unfortunately saw both films on the same day (it was torture), and Matthew Broderick acted as if he has never seen an episode. French Stewart was way better.
