shareNormally when questions like this come up, I include TV mini-series, but since you were specific, I stuck to TV movies and videos at least 1:15, which I thought was a fair "feature" length:
Out of 4,500 (I really calculated, it just landed on a cool number) titles rated, I have rated 33 of them 10/10, which is 0.73333333.... % of titles rated. Yeah I'm pretty strict.
I’m strict too. My way of giving a movie a 10 is if i’d want to watch it again and again (example: Shawshank Redemption. I’ve watched it easily over 100 times over the years). So, movie has to have extreme rewatchability. There are plenty of great movies that i give a 9 because I’m only ever gonna watch it once.
