I found Lawrence Of Arabia a very boring movie despite a good cast. I even have the soundtrack on vinyl and the music is fantastic but this is a super boring movie. It's nearly as boring as that clunker Citizen Kane. Two movies I'll never watch again.

I enjoyed the novel quite a lot, it spoke volumes about the elite and powerful who cause the deaths of multitudes without a second thought. I also liked the remake movie very much and I am looking forward to the sequel.
I never got through the many other novels though.

shareAs a completionist, I try to finish everything I start, but one I couldn’t make it through was Gummo. I was pretty tired when I started it and not enjoying it at all, so I gave up and went to sleep. I still may get back to it at some point, but this was about 6 months ago and I’ve yet to feel any interest in returning to it.

Not a Rambo movie. Stallone repurposed a border/cartel movie with the name John Rambo and took his fans for a shakedown.
shareI feel he pretty much did the same thing with all the sequels. He just wanted to make big loud action movies and just threw the Rambo character in there because First Blood was so successful.
shareHe kept the silent personality consistent until this one where he is very chatty, even in Spanish. It was a joke.
shareLawrence of Arabia. It's pretty long and just doesn't hold my interest at all, despite being well made and acted.
