I feel like America has benefited from immigration, hell, my people arrived here from Ireland onto these shores half starved and desperate for any available jobs.
If any foreigner wants in and wants work I'd throw open the doors and say 'Welcome Amigo, here's a shovel, start digging.'

I do support the idea of background/criminal checks, but a starving man with a family who wants to work hard should be given a friendly welcome. The U.S. is a big business, we always hire muscle and we've got plenty of land for all of them.

It's working out great now! Indigenous peoples (Native Americans and Spaniard mixture) are arriving to reclaim their land. Aftef all, they were here first. I welcome them. We need new workers, population growth and their taxes. They'll help fund my social security.

I despise them for arrogantly forcing their way into this country illegally. "...population growth..." 🙄 Hah! Tell that to the major sanctuary cities currently whining about this overwhelming influx of illegals and the problems it's creating. "...we need new workers..." Again, Hah! They're being coached to claim that their lives are in danger in order to get asylum. If they say they're here to work, they're disqualified and just contribute to the massive backlog. About half of these people end up on taxpayer funded public assistance, meaning they will never have any kind of work history with which to contribute to your precious social security pipe dream, idiot!

European-Americans came from Europe. Migrants came from America.
