Panhandlers

We've had professional panhandlers here from out of state lately. They set up near grocery stores with a sob story sign and play violin while their kids sit there. Local buisnesses offered them jobs and they declined. They are scam artists.

The ones that piss me off the most are those who have their dogs with them.

Yes, specifically by the dispensary for after an 8 hour period of begging for $$$$$, they'll take that $$$$$ and spend it on a pre-roll

I disagree about street musicians. I hate street musicians about 90% of the time. The ones who use amplifiers are especially annoying.

I keep dollar coins in my glove compartment and pitch one to guys at stoplights if I'm stopped. Maybe 3 bucks a week.

Yes and I agree that it's really annoying.

It's very common on the west coast due to our warm weather. The police are a little more aggressive at making them leave where I live, but in the poorer areas they just let them be.
