Have you ever taken a hot air balloon ride?

I'm going to California Wine Country in March with friends and was thinking about doing it - one of those bucket list things.

YES...AS A CHILD...I REMEMBER THINKING IT WAS AWESOME...I AM NOW AN ADULT WITH SEVERE CLAUSTROPHOBIA...SO I DOUBT I WOULD ENJOY IT NOW...PROBABLY SCREAM UNTIL MY EYES BLED AND JUMP TO MY DEATH.

NOT FAR...I THINK A BIG CIRCLE...MY PARENTS WERE ALL ABOUT INTERESTING EXPERIENCES...I ALSO RODE AN ELEPHANT...I STILL HAVE MY STICKER THAT SAYS I RODE AN ELEPHANT.

When my daughter was 8 we went to SeaWorld in San Diego and we were watching a show with trained sea lions. She got picked out of all the other kids in the audience and she got to go on stage and feed a sea lion and do a few tricks. She receive a big magnet for the fridge that said something like, "I got to feed sea lions!" or something like that. It was a great experience for all of us.

Yes. It was a a lot of fun. Very scenic. And relaxing. I was surprised by how small the basket was.

I was able to cross it off my bucket list.

A lot of us are here because of a busted rubber, how darkly ironic would it be to be taken out by a busted rubber?!

No, I need to, and they're right in my area! I work strange hours, and sometimes I come home from work early in the mornings, and see the balloons taking off from the local small-plane airport... and curse myself for not being up there.

So, a question: How long do balloon rides last? And if the rides are long, do they have something that can serve as a toilet?

No potty so you don't drink anything for like 12 hours before or wear Depends.
